Senior Project Manager, Facilities

Having spent nearly 20 years working at Cerebral Palsy Alliance, my career has spanned all areas of the business.

My interest in the disability sector began in high school after completing my work experience at a special needs school. I loved it so much that I went on to study a Bachelor of Nursing, majoring in disability.

It was at university that I first heard about Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA). I joined as a Disability Support Practitioner (DSP) within our Accommodation service and have never looked back.

I’ve worked within our Lifestyles program as a DSP, Team Leader and Site Manager. My experience at the forefront of our organisation has enabled me to build a fulfilling career that has spanned many areas of the business including Talent Acquisition, Executive Administration and Facilities Management.

In my current role as Senior Project Manager, Facilities, I’ve successfully led the design and fitout of our state-of-the-art Allambie Heights campus, and more recently project managed the transition of over 500 new clients and 600 employees from the state government to CPA.

So…where to from here?

I’m currently managing another exciting project. I’m working directly with a number of our clients to design and build 7 brand new purpose-built homes within the community. After that, who knows what my next opportunity at CPA will be.
