Improve your fitness and general wellbeing

Bootcamp is a 10-week functional exercise based group program. Bootcamp provides teenagers with an opportunity to exercise in a fun and interactive group based environment.


Who is this program for?

  • Teenagers aged 15+ years
    • With goals around fitness and exercise
    • Able to follow 1-2 stage instructions
    • Able to cope with a busy and loud environment


What does this program involve?

  • Warm-up and cool down
  • Circuit and group-based exercises with a focus on balance, strength, endurance (boxing, weights, body weight activities, stairs)
  • Teenagers will have access to range of equipment during the sessions


What are the outcomes?

  • Improved overall fitness and wellbeing
  • Increased social and community participation
  • Improved coordination and endurance
