Get active and have fun at our sport, gym, health & wellbeing programs

Our Multi-Sports Camp provides young people living with physical disabilities an opportunity to try new sports and make new friends in a supportive environment.

 

What does this program involve?

A two-day multi-sports camp where participants have an opportunity to try a variety of new and dynamic sports.

  • Each sport is modified and delivered in a fun, inclusive and supported way, that enables everybody to develop their skills, make new friends, and improve their fitness.
  • A range of different sports including table tennis, football, moutnain bike riding, archery, basketball, triathlons, swimming, volleyball, T-ball, kayaking, boccia, athletics, rock climbing, race running, AFL.

Camp begins Friday afternoon and finishes Sunday after lunch.

 

Who is this program for?

  • Participants aged 7 to 25 years – all ability types welcome (note: participants must have good receptive language and be able participating in groups)
  • Individuals willing to trying something new & learn new skills
  • Those wanting to make new friends and have fun
