Three days of fun, fitness, friendships and skill development!

CPA's Swim-Triathlon Camp is a great opportunity to learn and build on swimming or triathlon skills within a supported team environment, while having fun and making new friends.

Based on the sports of Swimming and Triathlon, a combination of skill development sessions, strength and & fitness sessions and some racing. Associated sports will also be introduced such as water-polo, running challenges, and bike riding. The focus is on fun, fitness, learning new skills and making new friends. No previous experience in competing is required, just the motivation to try everything, and do your best.


Who is this program for?

Children and adults aged 10-40 years who are:

  • Interested in joining sports or group activities, and building skills in swimming and triathlon
  • Comfortable within a group environment 


What does the camp include?

  • Arrival at 4pm Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon approx. 1pm.
  • Three days of skill development, fitness sessions and racing.
  • Coaching provided by CPA Sports Team staff.

  • 5-6pm: Welcome, Meet & Camp Information
  • 6-7pm: Dinner
  • 7-8.30pm: Bootcamp

Saturday, 5 February 2022

  • 8am: Breakfast
  • 9-11.30am - Triathlon, Swim, Race Running
  • 11.30am-12.30pm: Water Polo
  • 12.30pm: Lunch
  • 1.30-2.30pm: Goal Setting, diet, opportunities and pathways, speaker session
  • 2.30-5pm: Triathlon, Swim, Race Running
  • 5-6pm: Warm Down Session
  • 6pm: Dinner
  • 7-8.30pm: Team Building
  • 8.30pm: Race Briefing

Sunday, 6 February 2022

  • 8am: Breakfast
  • 9-9.30am: Race Preparations
  • 9.30-12.30pm: Races for Each Sport
  • 11.30-12.30pm: Pool Session & Swim Relays
  • 12.30pm: Final Meeting & Awards
  • 1pm: Lunch
  • 1.30pm: Departure


What are the expected outcomes?

  • To develop all aspects of swimming and triathlon skills training and competition skills.
  • To develop improved fitness, strength and endurance.
  • The ability to operate both within a team environment and as an individual athlete, and learning how to be coached and perform in achievable training sessions.
