Be cool, get fit and become a triathlete

Triathlon is about three key skills: swimming, cycling and running. Our summer program is about developing confidence and skills in all three activities, having fun, making new friends and preparing for community races. Be cool, get fit and become a triathlete.

Mini triathlons give participants a taste of what a triathlon is all about. We have shortened the duration so it's a great introduction to the sport and a good preparation for those interested in competing in events such as the Weetbix Try-athlon. 


What's included?

  • 5-minute swim
  • 20-minute bike
  • 15-minute run


Who is this program for?

  • 5 – 18 years
  • No prior experience required
  • Can use a noodle or bubble in pool, anything with wheels for the bike leg, and you can run, skip, use a frame or race runner for the run leg.
