Exciting program to get you workforce ready

Career planning is important for everyone as it helps us grow. Having a realistic career plan is often an essential part of our personal growth and development and is a great starting point to discovering pathways to employment.

Career Workshop provides interactive learning that focuses on supporting young people understand how to do things for themselves, while also building their skills and confidence. The program combines an innovative online approach to employability-skills learning together with the support of trained CPA Youth Coaches.

We provide a holistic approach to career planning, focussing on identifying individual’s skills and mapping out a career journey that plays to their strengths and interests.


What does this program involve?

  • 10 weekly group sessions
  • Skills building to find, apply and interview for a job.
  • Learn how to translate your skills to the workplace, career planning to getting a job


Who is this program for?

  • Young adults aged over 18 years old living with a physical or cognitive disability (including intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder and acquired brain injury)
  • People who want to learn about themselves and how to embark on planning what a career may look like
  • Individuals seeking to equip themselves with the tools to find and maintain meaningful employment
