Train your both your mind and body with CPA's MS Movement & Mobility class.

The class utilises principles and techniques from both Pilates and Yoga to ensure participants improve their range of motion, flexibility, posture and state of mind. Trunk stability and core strength are a key focus along with deep breathing techniques and improving both spatial and emotional awareness.


Who is this program for?

  • All ages
  • Individuals with Multiple Sclerosis
  • Mixed Mobility users welcome
  • Can participate in group class independently or with assistance of support worker


What's included?

  • Dynamic group based activities focusing on individual goals
  • Exercises which have grounding in both Yoga and Pilates
  • Focus on improving flexibility and range of motion
  • Activities aimed to improve posture and core strength/ trunk mobility
  • Improved self-awareness
  • Improved proprioceptive and spatial awareness


Who is the group run by?

An exercise physiologist will run groups up to 10 participants.
