Strengthen your body and confidence in our fully accessible hydrotherapy pool 

The Active Adults Hydrotherapy Group utilises the aquatic environment to test your mobility, range of motion and strength in a pool heated to 32 degrees. The nature of the water allows tight muscles to relax and each participant focuses on their own unique individual goals in a group environment.


Who is this program for?

  • Adults aged 25 years and over 
  • All conditions and abilities; clients will be groups based on similar goals and ability levels


What's included?

  • Circuit based hydrotherapy class
  • Exercises aiming to increase confidence on land with walking and performing activities of daily living
  • Evidence-based programming for people living with neurological conditions
