Our weekly swim program is designed for children and young adults ages 5-30. Learning how to confidently swim is an important part of life, that’s why our swim program supports you in developing crucial swimming skills so you feel safe and in control in the water.
Not only will the program improve your overall fitness, strength and cardiovascular health, but it also provides an inclusive and motivating environment for you to build social connections and friendships.
Whether your preparing for an upcoming swim carnival or looking to strengthen your sporting skills, this program will support you in achieving your personal swimming goals.
