This service can be funded by your NDIS package, under the following categories:

Feel amazing after a workout with one of our enthusiastic exercise physiologists or personal trainers at a fully accessible gym, or at your local venue.

We'll tailor an exercise program for strength, flexibility and endurance so you can build and maintain the physical fitness you need to enjoy life to the max.

You're guaranteed to have a good time while you sweat, in one-to-one training sessions or a group.


Teenagers and adults with a physical or neurological disability aged between 12 and 75 years.


Gyms are open Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 5.30 pm. The Allambie gym is also open Saturdays from 8.30 am - 12.30 pm. Other times by arrangement. Regional times may vary.

This service falls under the NDIS categories listed above as well as pay as you go, for a term.
