Research opportunity: young people living with cerebral palsy

Researchers from The University of Newcastle are seeking young people living with cerebral palsy to participate in a series of arts workshops and interviews aimed at exploring the personal experiences of people with disabilities during their compulsory schooling years.

To participate, you must:

• Be aged between 18-25 years old
• Have been diagnosed with cerebral palsy
• Completed compulsory schooling more than 12 months ago
• Live in the Newcastle and Hunter Region areas
• Have great/clear verbal and written communication skills

No previous art experience is required to participate in this study. However, participants must be able to use art materials such as pencils, paintbrushes and scissors without assistance.
