Engaging knowledge users in the co-design of a dance intervention program for children with cerebral palsy

A team of researchers from the Australian Catholic University (ACU) are conducting a co-designed study to develop a dance intervention program for children and youths with CP. We want to understand your goals and challenges with dance, and how the dance intervention can be implemented in the community.

We are looking for children and youths with CP with interest in dance, family and caregivers, health care providers, dance instructors, teachers, who would access or use a dance intervention for children and youths with disabilities, to participate in two focus groups and share their experiences, ideas, insights, and challenges with dance.

How you can help:

  • We are looking for your voice to shape the research of working together.
  • You will be invited to participate in two focus groups, each session with an approximate duration of 90 minutes.
  • If you wish to continue your involvement as a part of the research team, you will be invited to participate in co-design workshops.
